My mom taught me to sew when I was quite young. I always enjoyed making pillows, slipcovers, and halloween costumes; but you can only have so many of each! I also have a problem for collecting interesting fabrics - before I started this shop I had a huge stash of Merimekko fabrics from my stint as a sales associate at Crate&Barrel.

In addition to collecting quirky and vintage fabrics, I love to collect vintage household goods, especially vintage barware and pyrex.

This shop was inspired by cocktail parties, days gone by, vintage style and sunny southern cities - bright, eclectic, whimsical and classic. I collect vintage items that I would put in my own home and I aim to create quirky, fun, and smart bow ties for fancy days and everyday.
